The organizers are very grateful to the all colleagues interested in participation and scientific presentations at BW2013 and related events. By April 8th, 95 registration forms were submitted as well as around 45 contributions.
The capacity of the conference hall and available capacities for accommodation are limited up to 65 participants per day. These limits can not be altered because of the local administrative rules and legislation imposed this year, as well as because of some financial constraints and logistics in Vrnjacka Banja.
Besides the pure scientific part of the meeting, the BW2013 workshop program will consist of the regular biannual meeting of the SEENET-MTP Representative Committee (Council), Kick-off meeting of the European Physical Society Committee of European Integration (EPS-CEI) and joint round tables organized jointly with UNESCO, Central European Initiative (CEI) and Serbian Physical Society (SPS).
The organizers are still trying to find a way to accept at least a few more participants and they will be contacted as soon as possible. Individual information concerning accommodation, travel support, etc is being delivering in accordance with feedback from confirmed participants. Participants who applied for travel support will need to inform the organizers about the expected price by April 14th.
Transfer for a number of participants from the Belgrade airport to Vrnjacka Banja will be organized. The number of shuttle buses and their schedule depends on timing of receiving the corresponding itineraries and approval of the local administration that this service can be properly co-financed by the Faculty of Science as the main organizer. All participants interested in the shuttle service are kindly invited to provide us with their itineraries by April1 14th.
As per accommodation for the participants who did not confirmed their exact day of arrival and departure, they are kindly requested to do so by April 14th, at the latest. After that we will be not able to guarantee accommodation.
Many thanks for you kind understanding and cooperation.
